Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails and/or chat from customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.
  • Connect with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.
  • Contact potential customers or leads to explain the product or service that the company offers.
  • Basic knowledge on accessing the existing system and tools in handling issues and concerns

Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Good to excellent English communication skills (C1 to C2 English Level proficiency both in Reading and Writing)
  • Excellent customer service, sales and technical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Amenable to be assigned either on Work-from-Home or Work-On-Site setup, if necessary
  • Highschool Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working in the BPO industry is preferred but not required.
