Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails and/or chat from customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.
- Connect with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.
- Contact potential customers or leads to explain the product or service that the company offers.
- Basic knowledge on accessing the existing system and tools in handling issues and concerns
Requirements
Job requirements:
- Good to excellent English communication skills (C1 to C2 English Level proficiency both in Reading and Writing)
- Excellent customer service, sales and technical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Amenable to be assigned either on Work-from-Home or Work-On-Site setup, if necessary
- Highschool Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
- Experience working in the BPO industry is preferred but not required.
