Job Description:

• Manage all company-wide events, rewards and recognition and wellness programs to increase employee engagement and awareness on recognition and health. Handle all OSH related concerns, and ensure people related processes and initiatives are appropriately managed. Administer medical services to employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the health and wellness of all employees
• Attends medical concerns of employees • Providing first aid assistance to employees requiring emergency treatment
• Evaluates sickness for issuance of medicines
• Reviews pre-employment medical results
• Documenting medical records with utmost confidentiality
• Prepares requisition of medicines and medical supplies as the need arises
• Act as Health Provider Coordinator: Facilitates and assist on hospitalization needs of all regular employees Assisting company Physician every Tuesday
• Educating employees about health promotion and prevention
• Maintaining a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic
• Performs other duties as may be required by management from time to time or as the situation dictates

Requirements

• With at least 1 year experience in similar role in a BPO or corporate environment is an advantage.
• OSH Certified (Occupational Safety amp; Health Practitioner) is an advantage
• Must be a registered/licensed Nurse
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Willing to work onsite - Makati, Mandaluyong or Pasig
• Willing to work on shifting schedule including graveyard shift, holidays, weekends
