Customer Service Representative (Success Specialist)

• Will be assisting customers who have questions and queries and can also chat if there are any concerns
• Will be handling chat or email concerns if the call queue is not busy

Requirements

• With BPO experience of at least 1 year
• An agent that has blended account experience (Phone, Email, and Chat) -preferred but not required
• Experience in sales, retail, or in upselling is a plus
• With Good Communication skills
• Willing to work on-site, in Cebu Business Park, Ayala
• Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
