Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Responsible in handling and providing support to various HR employee programs within the company. Ensuring that key objectives, relating to the Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compensation amp; Benefits services are achieved and to ensure that the service provided meets their needs. Support HR Manager in implementing appropriate corporate and departmental policies, strategies, employee engagements and welfare.

Prepare and maintain assigned departmental files; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided. Responsible for counseling management and employees on employee relations issues and investigating and processing claims and incident reports


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

ER Functions

• Communicates the Company Policies and Procedures

• Attends to DOLE hearing in the absence of the HR Manager

• Generation and distribution employee PAN • Manages employee concerns

• Generation of Notice to Explain ER Case Investigation and Counseling

• Obtain information regarding any complaints, or claims received; make recommendations to management regarding action to be taken resolve issue

• Make recommendations to management regarding action to be taken to resolve issue

• Counsel employees concerning employee relations issues ensuring established corporate and departmental policies are adhere to

• Advise management staff on proper methods of handling employee relations issues ensuring a complete and thorough understanding of policies

• Know and support corporate and departmental policies regarding employee relations issues • Review all employee counseling and separation documentation for compliance with policies and procedures

•Properly interpret, communicate and gain acceptance of corporate and departmental policies and procedures by employees and management staff

• Administer admin. hearing and/or case conferences and create minutes of the meeting

Clearance Processing / Exit Interviews

• Assist resigned employees in the completion of clearance; monitor clearance and final pay status once transmitted to Finance • Conduct all exit interviews for separated employees; follow established interview format ensuring proper documentation of information. Review exit interviews submitted by Production or assigned Staff employees; notify management immediately of any information obtained in interview which may adversely impact the Company and may need further investigation; prepare and distribute interview notes to designated staff in format established by departmental procedures


HR Operations

• Responsible for delivering a responsive service through enquiry handling from all staff. Maintain responsibility for the handling of people related processes.

• Input and update HR database accurately with personal information, salaries, benefits, etc. Check the accuracy and validity of data updates before processing.

• Support data administration relating to new acquisitions

• Ownership of the transfer process of staff between departments. Ensuring all concerned departments are fully informed of changes and the production of transfer letters and base office change letters

• Input and update HR database accurately with personal information, salaries, benefits, employee leave credits. etc.

• Assists employee concerns regarding Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, PHIC, BIR)

• Establish an official announcement portal for all company-related events, utilize all forms of media for company announcements and internal corporate communications

• Document and file all DOLE-related changes and updates, ensure full compliance for ASI to DOLE regulations

• PRF preparation

• Preparation and filing of employee 201 files


Project Assistance / Team Interfaces

• Support HR Site Lead/Manager in developing and implementing appropriate HR policies

• Prepare and produce reports, material and documentation immediate supervisor

• Create and maintain organized project files

• Participate in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects ensuring established timelines are met

• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided

• Treat all internal/external customers and team members with dignity/respect

• Participate and facilitate company activities and engagements


Support Assistance

• To ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of professional HR practice

• To provide advice and guidance
