Job Description
- Ensures that the final data observes the quality standard
- Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection of activities, the detection and resolution of the problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes
- Reviewing data of deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Contact regular coaching sessions with the agents and provide a detailed EOS report
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience as QA in BPO Setting
- Strong organizational and problem resolution skills
- Ability to measure individual performance
