Quality Assurance Analyst

• Ensures that the final data observes the quality standard
• Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection of activities, the detection and resolution of the problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes
• Reviewing data of deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Contact regular coaching sessions with the agents and provide a detailed EOS report

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience as QA in BPO Setting
• Strong organizational and problem resolution skills
• Ability to measure individual performance
