HR Sourcing Associate

Job description

• Lead generation and processing of candidates through resume/phone screening, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and determine position prerequisites.
• Data Management, proper candidate feedback and dispositioning of leads in all sourcing channels.
• Identify/initiate sourcing strategies to help the hiring requirements
• Conduct market intelligence to understand hiring landscape variations and updates.
• Conducts Reference Check for both agent and non-agent applicants
• Ensures that required number of processed applicants is met on daily basis
• Ensures that all vacant positions are posted on job posting sources
• Plans, implements and evaluates sourcing initiatives
• Represents the company during sourcing events
• Updating and sending of sourcing report.
• Conducts Preliminary Interview online.
• Performs other tasks assigned

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in BS/AB Psychology/HRM, required
• Internship experience in HR/Recruitment, BPO setting is preferred
• Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people
• Must have a strong personality
