Job Description

  • Provide suitably trained Full-Time Equivalents to support the full in-house operations of the Client
  • Conduct email support that includes a structured and well-written email response

within the agreed SLA to the Client’s customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service through email and call responses
  • Ensuring that all interactions and relevant information is captured in the ticket logging process
  • Ensuring that all processes are performed as per the documented procedure
  • Support the required operational hours of the business
  • Provide the required reports and analytics to support operations, as necessary

Requirements

  • Has a bachelor’s degree from a college/university
  • 6 months to 1-year BPO experience if the non-degree holder
  • Can be a new graduate provided he has a very good comprehension
  • Very good communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel
  • Can be with experience but not related to the position provided he can easily adapt to the new job
  • Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements an advantage
