Job Description
- Provide suitably trained Full-Time Equivalents to support the full in-house operations of the Client
- Conduct email support that includes a structured and well-written email response
within the agreed SLA to the Client’s customers
- Provide exceptional customer service through email and call responses
- Ensuring that all interactions and relevant information is captured in the ticket logging process
- Ensuring that all processes are performed as per the documented procedure
- Support the required operational hours of the business
- Provide the required reports and analytics to support operations, as necessary
Requirements
- Has a bachelor’s degree from a college/university
- 6 months to 1-year BPO experience if the non-degree holder
- Can be a new graduate provided he has a very good comprehension
- Very good communication skills in English and Filipino
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel
- Can be with experience but not related to the position provided he can easily adapt to the new job
- Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements an advantage
