Graphic Designer

As a Loyalty Onboarding Graphic designer, you'll spend your days helping the onboarding team with building customer Loyalty web portals and designs. Ensuring we build a strong and consistent global brand, supporting initiatives that reinforce our visual and verbal identity. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, your work will have a direct impact on the customer journey, and their branding and Loyalty with their own customers!

You'll be

• designing, adapting, and producing creative customer Loyalty web portals, across our global onboarding teams;
• ensuring brand consistency and maintaining our high-quality standards;
• supporting, and working closely with the the onboarding team by ensuring designs are published within specific SLA’s;
• connecting with customers on brand portal re-designs;
• collaborating with support and sales ensuring customer satisfaction; and
• managing and meeting your own queues and deadlines.

Requirements

We are looking for Graphic designers who

• are highly independent, and organized;
• have a portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work;
• have a positive, yes and attitude to the creative process;
• have advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator);
• have an eye for good design and a curiosity for the latest trends;
• have excellent communication skills in English; and
• have at least 1 year of experience.

Even better if you (but not necessary)

• have experience with Salesforce; and
• love the idea of being part of a global team and an open, inclusive, and creative environment.

As a Graphic designer, you

• are able to multitask effectively, highly organized and execute tasks within short timelines;
• demonstrate a strong attention to detail;
• have a passion for design and are constantly up to date with the latest trends; and
