• Will coach agents focusing on CS/Sales techniques
• Will ensure that agents are hitting the target KPIs
• Will come up with initiative to improve the skills of the agents
• Will do admin tasks and reports needed for the campaign
• Will take calls as needed

Requirements

• Has extensive coaching experience
• At least 1 yr background of CS/Sales Telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills for both written and oral
• Highly motivated and should be flexible in terms of working in different shifts
• Ability to personally engage a contact and effectively get the message across
