Job description

• Responsible for assisting the compliance officer in identifying risk exposures of the organization for both internal and external processes.
• Shall aid the compliance officer in the execution of policies or counter-measures which aim to address the organization’s exposure to risks.
• Supports the compliance officer with regards to the organization’s business continuity plan.
• Responsible along with the compliance officer in ensuring that each employee is aware of their responsibilities with regards to business continuity.
• Monitors and report the overall employee compliance to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements from client.
• Ensures that all violations or potential violations are duly reported.
• Providing support, education, and training to staff in order to build risk awareness and compliance within the organization .

• Experience relevant to the role is required.
• Knowledge in Information Security, Risk Management and Business Continuity
• Good communication skills, reporting skills, critical thinking, decision making in line with policy making requirements
• Knows how to effectively manage productive time to attend to both tactical and administrative tasks
