Job Description
Bollore Logistics is looking for a motivated team member as Customer Service Sales Support to be joining our Operations team in Cebu. Being in the position you will be responsible for the daily sales activity and in assisting our Filed Sales Team on quotation and other related sales activity.
You will be assisted by the members of our other team (trucking, customer service, sales, procurement, billing team . ) to ensure operation excellency.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Ensuring 90% closed/secured business thru RFQ.
• Ensures to submit RFQ prior to its deadline and start of the business transactions.
• Ensuring that all transactions to be processed remains legally compliant.
• Ensuring that all sales activities/transactions are carried on appropriately; with effective cost-profit technique.
• Ensuring quality performance to meet the KPIs and to avoid penalty and surhcarges.
• Analyze the transaction, plan and cooridnate with operations team.
• Coordinate operational solution with the team for effective cost-profit technique.
• Provide solution for advance quality of customer service.
• Assist and provide operation solution/info and ideas to clients in ordert o secure business.
• Positive thinker and aggressive to achieve the target and objective of the branch as a whole.
• Provides monthly KPI meeting with Operation to ensure all clients requeremnt are meet.
• Monitors status of Corrective and Preventive Actions, if required.
• Monitors Profit Sharing allocations and checks the Job Files for any PS irregularities thru operation team.
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration; Transport management or any 4years course.
- Has minimum of 5years working experience as Customer Service and/or Sales Assistant in an International Freight Forwarding; Logistics or Shipping company.
- Has working experience on project cargo, is plus factor.
- Has working experience with overseas counterpart and agents thru excellent communication.
- Rates negotiation from 3rd party suppliers.
- Was able to handle customer complaint without any penalty.
- Generate sales leads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Has good decision-making ability and solution provider.
- Has excellent understanding on shipping incoterms.
- Has knowledge amp; experience in Export and Import documentation and its customs process.
- Has knowledge on Sales amp; Marketing processes.
- Has knowledge on documentation with regards to import amp; export shipments; customs clearance and releasing of cargo.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application
- Customer and result oriented.
- KPI Oriented.
- Good ethics; hardworking with determination.
- Keen to details.
- Build amp; maintain good relationship amp; trust with customer.
- Able to adapt new environment and company culture.
