LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position : Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Salary Range : $800-1500 / Monthly

Working Schedule : Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 5 PM EST | 10 PM to 6 AM PH Time

ABOUT THE COMPANY A fencing/construction business

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phone calls from customers to schedule appointments
• Coordinate payments
• Resolve issues, and answer questions
• Communicate with management and outside sales reps on customer inquiries
• Logging communication in CRM systems and basic data entry into operational systems

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience in the role
• Excellent communication skills
• Can work back office - administrative tasks
• Provide strong customer service
• Ability to learn about fencing products and installation procedures, ability to stay calm under pressure or difficult situations

* Client can train with the tools
