Community and DAO Growth Manager

The candidate will be in charge of strategizing and executing initiatives that will keep both the community and DAO growing and engaged. The candidate will be an active presence in the community, engaging and interfacing with members as well as keeping holders updated with relevant information. The ideal candidate for this position must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for strategizing community growth, acquisition, activation and retention. This individual must build extensive knowledge on BreederDAO - its vision, ecosystem of products, $BREED, the DAO, roadmap, financials, among others, and be able to effectively communicate this with the DAO and the community. You must also be a tech-savvy professional that is experienced in social media and Web3.

• Implement and execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies, specifically on Discord, Discourse and Snapshot
• Ideation and execution of community acquisition strategies across all social media platforms
• Provide analytics and insights of campaigns and/or community acquisition activities performance with relevant tracking tools
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Conduct, oversee, and operate a portion of BreederDAO’s social accounts
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology amp; Web3 trends
• Generate both organic amp; supplementary engagement towards BreederDAO’s posts and announcements
• Create growth and engagement strategies for the community
• Translate community strategies into initiatives for the community and oversee end-to-end execution
• Measure and report performance of community campaigns and initiatives, and assess against community sentiment
• Research community trends and applications in Web3
• Attend to any marketing ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time, including DAO and DAO Investor Relations activities

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar strategic role or other marketing-related role, ideally Crypto and Web3 related (at least 1 yr)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks
• Hands on experience with social media management
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• BS degree in Marketing or any other relevant field
