Team Lead/Lead Gen Team (Remote, Night Shift)

As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in growing the Lead Generation Team by leading by example, inspiring and motivating team members, and creating a supportive environment for continuous learning and open communication. You will drive initiatives, identify best practices, and leverage data to ensure exceptional outcomes and outstanding results for the team and the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• working with the business to regularly update the company’s voice lead gen goals based on capacity as well as evolving business needs
• reporting on team progress, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
• supervising day-to-day activities of the team, setting weekly targets, and working with team members to eliminate speed and/or delivery blockers

• reviewing the quality of calls between our team and customers, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
• driving efforts to create the best possible customer experience while driving sales growth
• participating in recruiting activities and ensuring that with every hire, we get to further improve and solidify the team
• coaching team members and providing feedback as needed
• analyzing performance data and looking for ways to continually optimize and improve

• implementing continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring their results
• leading team events, including weekly planning and review, as well as ad hoc meetings?

Requirements

• at least 3 years of experience in appointment setting/sales, at least 1 year of successful leadership experience required

• proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving team performance
• familiarity with appointment setting and sales software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• advanced skills in MS Excel
• with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• with solid coaching and training skills

• willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes
• ability to motivate and inspire team members
• a bachelor's degree in any relevant field
