Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
About this Role
Entrepreneur in Residence: We are hiring professionals with background in building and scaling commercial teams, consulting, investment banking or with experience in having launched their own venture. It is empirical to have an entrepreneur’s mind set to keep pace with the product and subsidiary launches for the Lamudi Group.
We are a team of 500 individuals within the Lamudi Group, gt;5.000 across EMPG, and are looking to triple team size in the next 24-36 months. As Entrepreneur in Residence you will take full ownership of a newly launched product and/or project, with ambitious targets, but also with very significant resources supporting you to scale. Topline growth is the focus, calculated investment is supporting the means.Responsibilities:

- Perfecting product/market fit
- Hiring and training a team who will drive the launch, execution and scaling of the project/product.
- Conceptualizing and implementing best practice tools and processes
- Ensuring timely and successful target achievement
- Exploring and building new business opportunities
- Having an entrepreneurial mind set is a must.
- Solving problems should come easily to you, and you should be someone who enjoys the process.
- The product is yours to own, and you should be ready to pitch and garner enough interest for it, whenever there is an opportunity.
- People management should come naturally to you
- With at least 7 years of professional experience with proven track-record
- Preferably from top universities in the country
- Strong intrinsic drive to grow the business and to grow professionally/personally alongside
- Aggressive attitude towards growth, yet humbly self-reflecting how to improve what forward with who s support
- Fluency in spoken amp; written English
