About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Bookkeeper with Xero experience for our client who is based in Australia.

This is a day-shift, office-based role in Cebu City.

Requirements

• Bachelor/College degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce major in Accounting or any related field preferred;
• At least 3 years experience in accounting (AP/AR) and finance;
• Must have 2 years experience in XERO software;
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting rules and tax standards;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously/make sound decisions when required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good verbal and written English to confidently communicate with managers and team members in Australia;
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills;
• CPA qualification is preferred or working towards it but not compulsory.
