We are looking for an Experienced Architectfor Recruitment who has experience in recruitment and selection or an architect who is willing to do recruitment tasks such as interviewing and profiling for our Architectural and Engineering job openings. As an Internal Architect for Recruitment, your job will be to conduct technical interviews for our recruitment team to make sure we successfully select the right profiles for our Architectural and Engineering job openings. You will be expected to communicate directly with the recruitment team and collaborate on hiring efforts. A candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, team player, and have the willingness in working as a team member of the recruitment team. Since you will be identifying candidates specifically for our architectural and engineering roles, you should be proficient in using architectural/engineering software like REVIT and CAD.
Responsibilities
- Establish regular communication within the recruitment team and stakeholders
- Deliver recruitment projects
- In-charged in technical skill interviews and stakeholder management
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Match the most suitable candidates to Engineering and Architectural jobs
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Experienced in recruitment/selection as a hiring manager or as an interviewer is preferred but not required
- Has solid technical background and hands-on experience in conceptual development, architecture, construction drawings, detailing and 3D modeling, engineering, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- i5 or higher with at least 8 GB DDR4 RAM (better if i7 latest generation/version)
- Hard Drive: 512 SSD (better if 1TB) with at least 250 GB free up space
- Video Card: GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (better if 6GB 3060)
- OS: Windows 10 and up
- At least 25MBPS Download and 10MBPS Upload
