Position Requirements:
• Must be able to assess campaigns and identify which campaigns are working and which ones are not
• Must be able to do copywriting.
• They build reports based on their assessment of campaigns.
• Must have sales experience because this role has a sales analyst part.
• Must be familiar with Sales Navigator. They must know their way around it.
• Must know cold email tools.
• Must be detailed oriented and organized.
• Must be familiar with A/B testing.
• They must be familiar with MS Office Excel especially is a very helpful tool that they must at least know the basics of.
• Problem structuring know how identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify them
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work Pacific Time
• Entitled to quarterly bonus.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant inbound and outbound sales experience
- Professional-level communication skills (written and verbal/voice)
- Experience using any CRM, dialers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- 5 years’ experience
- Must know automation tools
- Must be able to do copywriting
