Based in the Metro Manila, this position is responsible for security management in the Philippines. Working closely with regional security management and local country stakeholders.
This position is embedded within a large China headquartered MNC and as such requires a Chinese national.
Role tasks and responsibilities:
- Producing weekly and monthly security related reports as required
- Developing and optimizing security plans for branches throughout the Philippines, and following up with updates
- Keeping in touch with relevant parties involved in the security management work, and preparing for engagement with relevant external departments
- Assessing current security situation, identifying security trends and advising on potential security concerns affecting the clients assets, activities and interests in the Philippines
- Ensuring that fire detection devices and fire-fighting equipment are operational on the premises.
- Assuming responsibility for security personnel management
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the security management industry or other security specialization
- Chinese language fluency
- Strong ability to focus on customer service and to build trust and rapport with people from all cultures and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Preferred: experience in emergency management and first aid training
- Preferred: work experience in the Philippines or other relative expertise
- Preferred: English working fluency
