Purpose of this role is to ensure that all client and internal IT infrastructure, systems and data is proactively managed, maintained and secured. Provide escalated technical support to the service desk and NOC teams, troubleshooting and problem resolution for escalated requests and findings.
- Provide telephone, email and remote support to all Clients, ensuring all issues are logged, responded to and resolved within agreed timeframes
- Provide Escalated support and technical guidance to the service desk and NOC Teams
- Ensure Tickets are being completed against KPI’s and provide assistance to team members
- Ensure Critical System Events that are raised are then managed and rectified
- Maintain client systems and ensure optimal operation and maximum uptime
- Maintain internal Wytnec Systems to ensure optimal operation and maximum uptime
- Ensure Data Collection for monthly reports, prepare reports with technical and operational recommendations including risk and issues, and system improvements
- Ensure Critical System Events that are raised are then managed and rectified.
- Assist with the delivery or project tasks including design, planning and implementation
- Assist with the production and maintenance of Client Technical Documentation
- Prepare and Asses Change requests for Client updates and network changes
