You’d be helping the team create exceptional customer experiences for the client programs . In short, you will practice your expertise while doing what you love.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive KPI achievement by coaching technicians daily on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates, QC feedback, and side by sides.
- Ensure team schedule adherence with daily check ins and monitoring
- Maintain accurate attendance records for direct reports within timekeeping tool
- Monitor and respond to design related questions/concerns in client amp; technician support chats
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure your and their thorough understanding of:
o The program’s collective goal and benefits
o Their life goals and career path
o The expectations of their role
o Your and their expectations of each other
- Provide weekly reporting on technician KPI improvement to direct leader
- Complete PDT cases
- Live by and promote the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)
Requirements
- Technical or Engineering Degree is required
- Must have 1 year leadership background
- TSR experience is a plus
- Background in solar energy, solar design, or troubleshooting
- Excellent written and communication skills
