Our client is a growing premium low-cost recruitment company operating nationally.
They are now looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help them with their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Writing accurate and engaging job advertisements for clients.
- Conducting marketing activity to attract new candidates to register with the company
- Screening candidates to ensure they meet the position description/advertisement (skills, experience, and career goals)
- Develop strong relationships with candidates through effective networking and nurturing
- Matching candidates to new jobs as briefed in the position description.
- Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Providing a first-class service to candidates at all times.
- Working with urgency and ensuring that candidates are supplied to consultants in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases.
- Database management and administration duties such as, entering keynotes and recording information.
- Posting videos on various platforms to promote the roles advertised
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter
- At least 5 years of experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Experience as a recruiter for international roles (AUS/UK/US)
- Experience in using LinkedIn and other job boards i.e. Seek
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong people skills and high attention to detail (finding quality candidates for roles)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office 365)
- A strong communicator (both verbal and written)
- Confident speaking to candidates and also communicating with clients via email predominantly
- Willing to accept constructive feedback
- Ability to multi-task
- Potential to manage a recruitment team after 12 months
