Job Description
Pedago is seeking Subject Matter Experts/Grading Contractors to evaluate, grade and support students in the completion of MBA and Executive MBA programs at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Candidates must have a PhD in a business topic relevant to the discipline(s) to which they are applying, as well as significant experience teaching in business topics at the graduate level, preferably on an MBA program. Please note in your application the disciplines for which you are applying. Note that candidates without a relevant PhD will not be considered for this role.
This is a fully remote contractor position for up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Grade written papers and video submissions from MBA and EMBA students
- Provide extensive, qualitative feedback to students on academic performance
- Provide timely, follow-up answers to questions from students, as required
Requirements
- PhD in a highly relevant field
- 5+ years experience teaching business topics at the undergraduate or graduate level (as teaching assistant or professor)
- Highly proficient in written English
- Experience in academic assessment and feedback
- Experience in academic quality assurance processes
- Experience meeting the unique needs of a diverse, global student population of adult learners and working with cross-cultural teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy
