Job Description

The Client Experience Specialist responds to client inquiries, both technical and non-technical, general accounting and tax, and inDinero and Quickbooks account related. The Client Experience Specialist functions include coordination communication between client and Pod members as needed, following up on any client-related issues, tax deadlines or special projects requested by Pod members (technical and non-technical) and driving the client communication process in general. This role is crucial to inDinero's success as it helps set the foundation of the inDinero early-stage client experience. Along with other team members, the Client Experience Specialist actively owns the relationships of their assigned clients.


  • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of some of the coolest and most innovative companies in the world.
  • Be a key revenue contributor by upselling clients to new service offerings and ensure extremely high client retention.
  • Build strong personal relationships with clients, ensuring that they are completely satisfied with our software and service.
  • Help clients integrate into our systems and coordinate with multiple project team to do so
  • Get clients psyched about the new features and services we are releasing and teach them how to best leverage and tailor them to their needs.

Requirements

  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for working with clients and helping them succeed and building strong and long-lasting relationships with them
  • Hustle and motivation to upsell clients to higher levels of service. We only ever sell clients on things the NEED, but you must be comfortable selling to be in this role.
  • Great listening skills, honed-in to figure out how you can best support clients while also collecting important feedback to help guide the executive team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to stay extremely organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong research skills to figure out answers to questions you don't already know
  • A desire and aptitude to learn, master and teach
  • Phenomenal teamwork skills. We are a team through and through, and our success is entirely dependent on working together.
  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent
  • Client facing or Account Management experience is required
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite products
  • Experience in accounting, business or entrepreneurship is highly preferred
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Karbon and Bill.com
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionality
