* Various Shifts Available: 7 pm to 4 am OR 12 pm to 9 pm Manila time supporting US or UK clients
WHAT YOU DO
The NOC engineer monitors and executes daily operational activities needed to manage IT Operation Services and the supporting IT infrastructure. This role sits alongside the rest of the IT Operations team. This role will work with all other IT Operation team members. The overall purpose of this role is to monitor, analyze alerts, remediate and or escalate IT infrastructure issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse events
- Perform troubleshooting and incident response on infrastructure systems
- Communicate with Equus department team members or third parties responsible for problem resolution
- Monitor NOC queue and close tickets according to category needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Windows desktop and server configuration, support and upgrading experience
- Basic computer networking experience wireless, ethernet and cloud-based knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking
- Problem solving skills
- Cloud security
- SIEM tool solution experience
- Microsoft Azure cloud hands on knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience.

- Any Windows operating certification
- A+ certification
- Security+ certification
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree is a bonus not required
