• Manages all digital acquisitions activities to achieve set targets for qualified inbound business leads, meetings with decision-makers and other relevant sales-related KPIs
• Proposes a digital user acquisitions strategy (e.g. digital campaigns, A/B testing, etc.) based on current industry trends and benchmarks
• Ensures a healthy and consistent organic content rollout for social media.
• Keeps up-to-date with the latest advances in the industry and identifies new opportunities for maximum reach as well as the pulse of the market via socials scans
• Provides detailed analyses and reports on digital campaigns performance
• Monitors Google Analytics and website traffic regularly
• Maintains the digital content calendar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any other relevant business degrees
• At least 5 years experience in a senior performance marketing role, preferably in an agency
• Experience in handling sales-driven monthly KPIs - selling a service online through digital campaigns
• Understands the role of digital commercial marketing in growing an ISP business
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Above average verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino, knowledge of the Bisaya language is a plus
• Able to communicate effectively to different stakeholders
• Must be a team player and an independent contributor
