Job Responsibilities:
Need to be able to handle the entire recruiting process from end to end for US Market
Need to have experience working directly with the client and need to be able to do an onboarding call with the client to ask what requirement the client has for the open roles. Then they need to be familiar with sending submittals directly to the client and follow up with the client when they are not hearing back on the submittals. They will be following up using both emails and phone calls. They need to know how often to follow up with clients as well, if they have not heard back after two days about a candidate that was submitted then they need to be following up.
They will have 45 days to make a placement from the time they start (may offer a maximum of 60 depending on circumstances) but if this is not accomplished subjected to termination
After the first two months they will be required to make 2 placements a month or subjected to termination
Recruiting experience cannot be in one specific industry. We work on all types of roles so they need to be always flexible as to which roles they can work on. We place Engineers, IT Positions, Manufacturing roles, Warehouse positions, Chemists, Operations Managers, etc. They may be working on several different types of positions at once and should be able to handle this without an issue.
Need to be able to write and speak perfect English.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-12 years of US recruiting experience
- Money Motivated and want to earn as much commission as possible, not looking for someone who just wants to be a part of the team
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Competency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
- Good and strong internet connection
- Willing to be in a night shift schedule (Eastern Time)
