We are a provider of 24/7 live chat and customer service teams to over 100 eCommerce brands with 100+ employees and a great culture. We launched in 2015, and we all work virtually.

Our 24/7 Live Chat Team helps our clients convert website traffic to qualified leads or revenue through "Conversion Conversations" while our Customer Service Team provides our clients seamless and scalable Customer Service structure by managing their entire customer service operation or providing additional agents to work alongside their team.

We are looking for a Partner Manager to foster successful referral producing relationships with partners, while also forming relationships with new partners through prospecting and closing new partners. We have created a foundation of processes to identify partners and build relationships with them, and also have a base of partners. You will take over the program, implement improvements to better meet the mission, and ultimately be the face to partners while also managing the partner program internally (collateral creation, coordinating with Client Success, etc).

Requirements

The successful applicant must have experience in:

  1. Managing B2B partner (or client) relationships in service or product environments w/ $10K+ annual value.
  2. Implementing improvements (or creating) a partner program to better achieve target outcomes.
  3. Managing junior team members responsible for administrative support tasks (i.e. outreach, etc.).
  4. Managing outbound prospecting in a sales or partnership environment (i.e. process, infrastructure, etc.)
  5. Collaborating or working in multiple different marketing areas (i.e. partner, content marketing, etc.)


Responsibilities
  1. Develop partnership strategy and execution plan
  2. Execute prospecting campaign to bring on new partners
  3. Manage relationships (get referrals, do meetings, etc.)
  4. Creation of copy amp; creatives for partner projects
  5. Manage intake and qualification of partner referrals
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • This is a 100% remote position, so we REQUIRE you to have the basic infrastructure that will allow you to work in a WFH/Remote environment.
    • Stable high-speed Internet connection with backup Internet connection (Mobile internet not recommended)
    • Laptop or PC that can handle work tools (Recommended: Quad-core CPU gt;2.5ghz, 8GB or higher RAM)
    • Headset with mic and webcam for client and team meetings
    • Quiet and distraction-free workplace
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience at a B2B service company, preferably serving the e-commerce industry.
  • At least 1-year experience in a leadership position managing other employees.
  • Knowledge of the tools below (required):
    • Pipedrive
    • Linkedin
  • Personable- Projects a positive first impression on everyone across live or digital mediums, with a clear err of positivity, connection, confidence, and clarity. You are not shy or off-putting, even in new situations.
  • Project Management - Manages self/team at big picture / future / strategic and in depth / today / tactical level, without missing details
  • Objective to Tactic- Converts specific high-level objectives into tactical execution amp; progress, with limited tactical guidance.
