Job Responsibilities:

• Assist on the employee's health concerns
• Schedules and oversee the Annual Physical Examination (APE) and medical requirements of employees
• Assist and coordinate with HR on HMO concerns
• Monitor and report Sick Leave records
• Coordinate with Safety Officers on the government and non-government requirements regarding health and safety such as (DOH, DOLE, Red Cross, Fire Department etc.)
• Arrange Health Awareness Programs
• Support HR Officers on health-related concerns
• Flexibility in doing other admin tasks

Requirements

• Must have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certification
• Certified First Aider is an advantage
• Able to conduct office hygiene and health seminar
• Must be flexible, resourceful, diligent, with good moral character and good communication skills
• Well versed in documentation
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications
• Must have the ability to keep confidential information
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Able to conduct office hygiene and health seminar
