This is a permanent, full-time role, office-based in Cebu City

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our client's business. Your mission is to support the recruitment in filling up open roles within the specified timeframe.

• Undertake candidate research through social media mediums and talent database in job platforms;
• Identify and shortlist candidates that best meet the role requirements and are able to start within the timeframe;
• Building networks and talent pools of future talent and job roles;
• Use tools including Zoho, LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc. for candidate identification and engagement;
• Take candidate references as and when required;
• Develop a strategy on how best to meet the demand, and update status on time;
• Provide new improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field;
• Excellent communication in English both written and verbal;
• At least 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience and worked with Australian and US clients;
• Experience coaching/leading a team;
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
• High attention to detail;
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease;
• High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
