Job Scope
• Accounts Payable Entry
• Accounts Receivable Entry
• Un/Conditional Waivers and Releases
• Accounts Receivable Collections (email amp; web based)
• Statement Reconciliation
• Monthly Compliance Reports
• Will work closely with vendors and constant communication with clients
• Self-Starter
Requirements
• Knowledge of construction accounting practices
• Strong understanding of the AP and AR process
• Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable with US markets
• Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree in the field of service
• Excellent command of the English language - oral and written
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Working hours Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time
