Principal Accountabilities:
Key KPI for achieving sales targets in the stores.
Cascade monthly targets to AS and CEO.
Monitor weekly and monthly sales
Ensure retail sales are encoded on MIM daily.
Work with the Brand/ Marketing team on marketing calendar and animation calendar.
Work with the Brand/ Marketing team on support to achieve sales.
Ensure cascade of monthly promotions and incentives from Marketing to agency / CEOs.
Ensure stock level is healthy. (2.5 to 3 MOI).
Ensure all key SKUs are available in stores.
Ensure all inventory is visible in SAP/MIM.
Coordinate with Finance on regular stock take audit and work with agency on reconciliation
Ensure CEOs practice FEFO in stores.
Track expiring/ expired products and coordinate with Sales Ops on promo implementation and pull-out.
Communicate with brand team if there is any OOS
Responsible for recruitment of CEO.
Responsible for training of CEO on retail operations system. (MIM amp; CE App)
Ensure CEOs are well groomed following Luxasia guidelines.
Responsible for CEO performance monitoring with Agency.
Responsible for placement of CEO based on allocation and ensure that stores have manpower during operation hours.
Validate daily time records submitted by agencies
Visual Merchandising
Ensure brand planogram is followed
Get information from brand team on new lines and execute in stores.
Do regular visit to ensure VM guideline is practiced.
Ensure testers are available in all stores.
Ensure displays are organized in the stores and unnecessary POSMs are pulled out.
Customer Relationship Management
Responsible to achieve CRM KPIs (New customers, Known customers, Email and DOB).
Ensure CEOs are aware of their targets and achievement and track regularly
Sales Recording and Reconciliation
Responsible for implementing and enforcing processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of sales process and data
Work with the agency in the validation of sales every month.
Coordinate with Marketing team in required campaign codes for accurate recording of sales
Monitor submission of manual order slips.
