We are seeking expressions of interest from Accounts Payable Officers with significant end-to-end accounts payble experience in a "Shared Services" environment and who are fluent in both Portuguese and English.

DOF Subsea owns a large fleet of modern subsea construction, intervention and survey vessels that enable it to offer differentiated positions with its clients and work in long term relationships, which enhance service delivery and reduce the overall risk.
The company’s core business is project management, engineering, vessel operations, survey, remote intervention and diving operations, primarily for the Oil and Gas, Marine Telecommunications and Renewables markets.
Opportunities
As an Accounts Payable Officer you will be team oriented and highly structured. You will be part of a small and busy accounting team, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. The team provide transactional service to Manila and general accounting services to other DOF Group entities.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Processing of intercompany, supplier invoices and payments
- Raising intercompany invoices and performing associated reconciliations
- Processing of expense claims and Petty Cash refurbishment
- Resolve any unapproved/ unmatched supplier and purchase invoices
- Responding and assisting the wider Asia Pacific Finance team, when required
- Assisting with the monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Process of bank receipts from customers
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to suppliers, resolving issues/problems raised
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation
Requirements
We are looking for a Accounts Payable Officer that has:
- 5 years demonstrative experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable Process
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
- Effective communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
