Responsibilities:

• Pull documents from carriers, distribute them to the correct person
• Assist Account Manager in quoting input and proposal creation
• Take Certificate requests from banks; update both carrier and ams with mortgage changes
• Send out renewal email/questionnaires
• Assist Production staff in quoting input and proposal creation
• Assist with AMS input and upkeep of PL accounts
• Compile reports for NFH, and assist with other programs PL needs

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to email/chat with other staff to coordinate tasks to assist AM and Exec
• Organize and manage time to prioritize tasks that are most important
• Accurately input information in both Carrier and AMS systems
• Learn processes, take notes and ask questions when necessary
• Take direction from co-workers to help them be more productive
