Responsibilities:
- Pull documents from carriers, distribute them to the correct person
- Assist Account Manager in quoting input and proposal creation
- Take Certificate requests from banks; update both carrier and ams with mortgage changes
- Send out renewal email/questionnaires
- Assist Production staff in quoting input and proposal creation
- Assist with AMS input and upkeep of PL accounts
- Compile reports for NFH, and assist with other programs PL needs
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to email/chat with other staff to coordinate tasks to assist AM and Exec
- Organize and manage time to prioritize tasks that are most important
- Accurately input information in both Carrier and AMS systems
- Learn processes, take notes and ask questions when necessary
- Take direction from co-workers to help them be more productive
