Treasury Dealer

XLD is a well funded startup building a stablecoin based ecosystem driving financial inclusion through real-world financial services. We are making Crypto spendable through various financial products that support the play-to-earn metaverse by bridging CeFi and DeFi. This role is critical in helping manage daily operational liquidity, treasury dealing execution, and strategic capital management.

Responsibilities:

• Review digital asset and Cash deposits and recommend liquidity reserves across partner platforms

• Review, Analyse and reconcile digital asset movement data, translating them into actionable insights for management's review
• Dealing of FX / MM / IR) as well as digital assets
• Monitor Risk exposure in FX and Digital Asset exposure/cash flow

• Digital Asset reconciliation and prepare reports to keep management informed of margins of underlying digital assets.

• Work with key internal stakeholders to price funding for the expansion of products into new geographies.

• Analyse key Balance Sheet exposure to identify commercial drivers and market trends to derive recommendations on positioning and optimisation strategies to the CFO and CEO.

• Produce key inputs and work with stakeholders on formulating business planning and stress testing strategies

• Work closely with the Product team to on-board new business initiatives and products that have ALM impact

• Manage and review liquidity requirements relating to the firm's business activities

Requirements

• 1-2yrs minimum relevant Treasury Dealing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Finance, Math, Accounting or similar quantitative major

• Strong quantitative skills, comfortable building models, managing large amounts of data, and analysing the output to identify trends or present solutions

• Fast learner and self-starter with good commercial awareness

• Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation, and efficient execution skills

• Always willing to challenge the status quo through analyse, evaluation, and independent judgments

• Efficient in Excel, Gsheets, Tableau
• Knowledge and experience in digital assets is a plus
