The CRM Specialist is responsible for overseeing the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information at all times, performing a range of administrative tasks to support the Sales division. They are expected to assist in the preparation of reports, lead generation, client service and other sales support activities.Duties and responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert and primary resource for anything related to the company’s CRM
  • Implement system integration with various platforms such as Google, Slack, VoIP solutions and more
  • Continuously analyze trends and customer activities to improve sales acquisition and client retention
  • Provide strategic recommendations to sales and marketing via data analysis and market research
  • Assist in developing marketing initiatives or communication programs based on customer trends
  • Promote and train the utilization of the company’s CRM within the various teams by conducting workshops on best practices, enforcing standards or manuals, and monitoring proper usage
  • Maintain and improve data collected by all users
  • Participate in troubleshooting, rolling out of upgrades, and other related activities to optimize the system
  • Continuously research best practices, trends and new technologies to drive process improvements
  • Provide ad-hoc support to various teams under the Sales division: Pre-Sales, Enterprise, Carrier, SAQ and Marketing
  • Handle all customer information based on data privacy law
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Have advanced-level internet, computer, and research skills to analyze and/or edit, data provided
  • Advanced CRM software proficiency preferably in Hubspot
  • Strong English communication skills to present information and technical knowledge in a clear and easily understandable manner
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent data navigation and analysis skills
  • Experience in market research
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
