The Retail Executive shall ensure Retail Operations Excellence by maximizing operational standards, tools and retail projects, this position will improve direct retail business across boutique and e-commerce channels (Lazada, Zalora, BeautyMNL) performance by managing Retail Performance KPIs for sustainable business development.
JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
OVERALL RETAIL (Bamp;M amp; ECOMM) OPERATIONS
- Monitor retail operations standards to ensure on-brand execution
- Ensure the implementation of boutique operation manual in place to comply with the policies and procedures
- Manage the execution and performance of in-store retail digital tool and system for operational efficiency
- Identify, implement, and monitor retail initiatives to improve retail performance
- Manage and improve staff communication and motivation for retail operations excellence
RETAIL KPI (Bamp;M amp; ECOMM) PERFORMANCE
- Manage and implement retail initiatives, commercial tactics, and strategic key projects to improve retail and business performance
- Provide support in business analysis and business reports consolidation and management across Bamp;M and e-commerce channels
- Analyze and monitor retail performance KPIs and BC productivity for tactical action plan
- Support in tactical sales incentive and BC programs to drive business and retail performance
- Work closely with SEA Regional and local Marketing Executive to ensure healthy stocks level
- Study on market research reports and analyze competitors’ promotional activities to identify business opportunities and event planning
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Work alongside SEA Regional VM and local Marketing Executive to ensure all VM guidelines, priorities and timelines are adhered to and aligned with the MUFE Brand Guidelines
- Ensure maintenance and timely update of visuals/collaterals in-store, outposts or events through the creation and production of visuals
- Creation of monthly visual merchandising updates report for SEA Regional VM team
- Coordination with local and international suppliers/contractors
FRONTLINE MANAGMENT
- Support Retail Manager in monitoring and reviewing individual staff productivity and performance
- Support Retail manager on retail management fundamentals and related Business Management trainings to develop Boutique and Counter Managers
- Administer on staffing, schedule, and personnel for efficient manpower arrangement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree and above
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales or related industries
- Retail operations experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
