Program Manager (Australian Community Care/NDIS)

• One day you may be trouble-shooting issues with Home Care Package statements, the next day you could be assisting with a CHSP Dex submission or configuring and checking an NDIS bulk upload submission.
• As the role includes creating and maintaining training documentation, experience with developing and delivering Training Courses is highly desirable.
• Email is the preferred support channel with end-users but telephone contact will also be required so clear communication is essential.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, changes made and customer interactions in line with data protection laws and company policies
• Contribute to improve existing knowledge management and support continuous improvement by providing suggestions to improve our policies, processes, procedures and operations
• Meet personal and team KPI targets for resolution, processing, SLAs, customer experience, compliance and operational excellence
• Take ownership of your development by maintaining and developing your customer skills, technical skills and knowledge of the organisation’s products, services, process and procedures
• Prepare and deliver training in the use of; and provide ongoing support for; software that enables the preparation and submission of claims and reports. Investigate and resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Current and relevant experience with at least one of the following programs is mandatory --- CHSP/Home Care Packages/NDIS
• Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
