- Recruit for different position level for various business units.
- Source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates to account managers
- Evaluate job requirements for manpower needs.
- Candidate management - monitoring, tracking, and updating.
- Resume and phone screening of candidates for initial.
- Update recruitment reports and submit to respective units.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of related work experience.
- Above average English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Result driven.
- Must have strong decision-making skills.
- Amenable to be assigned in Makati City.
