Job Description
We are looking to hire an Executive Office Manager with 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. This is a work from home (100% remote) position.Responsibilities:- Manage CEO’s time, scheduling critical, multi-party meetings involving a subset of our executive team especially with external parties (e.g. partnership discussions, quarterly board meetings)
- Project management of recurring executive functions (e.g. monthly investor updates, Board Meetings, ensuring collection of agenda items for weekly leadership and hiring committee meetings) and assisting our executive office in ad hoc projects
- Leverage in our recruiting and people operations functions (eg. planning excellent offsites and in-person functions for our team, and tracking our recruiting funnel and ensuring all candidates are being evaluated in a timely manner)

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in Office or People Operations Management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Confident in their ability to interact at the executive level
- Familiarity with best practices in project management
- Excited by the prospect of building processes and helping our team function at its best
- Eager to help own, understand, and drive the leadership of the company
