As an owner of relationships, you play a critical role in strengthening our client portfolio in both new and established marketsaccelerating growth for bothPopmenuandthe restaurant industry. Our Account Executives are innovators in prospecting, skilled at articulating the long-term ROI of restaurant technology and enthusiastic about our product and purpose.

  • Revenue generation Account Executives atPopmenuareexperts instirring excitement forour product!Theyknow how to sellthelong-term value of a simplified technology solution, andoperate inan accelerated sales cycle(from on-the-spot signatures to just a few days),conducting product demos andclosing deals.OurAE’sare true champions of restaurant successstaying on top of key industry challenges and developing targeted messaging and methodologies that establish credibility and trust, overcome objections, and create urgency and interest in thePopmenuproductwithoutoverpromising.
  • Cultivating thePopmenubrand The Central Coast is your turffor takeover!The restaurant industry is a close-knit one;PopmenuAE’sknow the importanceof a network.OurAE’sspendtimewiththe restaurant community, theyconnect withowners and operatorstounderstand theirchallengesandprovide a solutionthatturnsprospective clients intoPopmenufans.
  • Managing client expectations:Weaim to be a trusted technology partnerfor restaurantsthat means we stay away from making deals with businesseswhere we do not add value (i.e.,that aren’t a good fit).Whileoursales forceis tasked withhigh-volumegrowth,wenever use heavy discounting or the promise of miraclesandlofty customization as a strategy to close.
  • Partnering effectively:Hospitality isthe business of relationships!We take ownership of the company’s successandmake each othershine through communication and collaboration.Whether sharing learnings and best practices with internal teamsorspending time connecting with external partners, our AEs know how to maximize relationships toidentify opportunities anddeliver results.

  • You’re skilled inprospecting, lead generation amp; closingdeals
  • You’re an ambitious, self-motivatedself-starter (i.e., hunter mentality)
  • You are energized working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
  • You bringconfidence and energyto conversationswhiledeliveringinspiring product demonstrations and articulating value and ROI
  • You’re a people personwho demonstrates excellent interpersonal/customer-relations skills in person, in writing, and over the phone

At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn’t everything - but it is important: For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $120 to $150k OTE in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
