The Learning amp; Content Analyst is aligned to the Equus Product Marketing amp; Learning team and provides global support for learning/training related initiatives. They are focused on developing training solutions for the variety of audience needs across value added resellers (VARs), 3rd party, clients and internal learners, and driving overall efficiency in our teams.

The Learning amp; Content Analyst has a unique opportunity to impact and experience Equus in these key areas:

• Help guides and videos to support knowledge transfer for Equus employees, clients and VARs
• Opportunities to work with all Equus products
• Support product marketing

The Learning amp; Content Analyst supports the Learning Manager by improving the skill level of the users of our various products.

The primary objective of the Learning amp; Content Analyst is to develop and maintain Equus online help and learning materials, including guides, courses and videos.

Primary responsibilities:

• Re-writing and adding to all user manuals to fit an online format by reviewing the efficiency of our training materials and initiatives against the business needs and priorities. This helps to reduce waste in current training practices and increase product self-service and adoption.
• Supporting the wider roll-out of the online help solution
• Creating training templates, online learning courses and resources for the client solutions team to use
• Creating online learning courses

Secondary responsibilities:

• Support delivery of feature release publications
• Support delivery of feature technical training across all user groups including training of SMEs within Equus and VARs
• Improving efficiency of SME network FAQs, training material updates, process for providing point of need support, knowledge transfer and cascades
• Working with Marketing to design standards for different types of content: documents, video, e-learning, assessments, webinars, F2F training. Curating the tools and providing support for producing different content to meet learner needs
• Support calendar of F2F and/or webinar training in response to learner needs and company priorities
• Support the delivery of different learner journeys for VARs, 3rd party, clients and internal
• Support the preparation of conference training sessions
• Ability to travel: 10%
