About the Role

The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily focus on recruiting and staffing processes for a growing software company, Equus Software. The primary focus will be support for the talent team that is geographically dispersed across the US, London and Manila. This role requires a person that is comfortable with technology related topics and is also passionate about people. This is an in-house role that will be part of an internal global team supporting recruitment and staffing processes for Equus Software.

Hours: 16 pm to 1 am PHST, Hybrid shift (UK/US)

Job purpose

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Equus Software, you will be part of a team supporting internal clients. The focus of the role is to provide global recruitment along with administrative duties to find the best global talent for our teams.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support recruiting and staffing processes for multiple roles across the company
  • Utilize talent tools such as ATS software, job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Assist with sourcing for skill matches, utilizing specialized tools, social media or other internet channels.
  • Assist with determining best candidates to take forward out of the pool of applicants.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions, job postings and job applications.
  • Participate in resume reviews, selecting the best candidates to progress through the process.
  • Perform candidate screening (phone, video), document results and communicate next steps.
  • Facilitate technical testing processes and communicate results to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews in various locations using various formats.
  • Ensure documentation is provided to the appropriate parties, collected and filed correctly.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure positive engagement throughout the process.
  • Perform job close down while ensuring candidate communications are always affirming and positive.
  • Perform reference checks and support pre-onboarding activities as needed.
  • Assist in suggesting new ways of finding talent or getting the word out via social media.
  • Assist in creating talent pipelines to seed future openings.
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives or events, such as college level recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors in Business, Technology, HR or other related industry (or comparable experience).
  • Excellent English both verbal and written.
  • Two to four years of experience staffing for technical jobs such as software developers, business analysts, quality assurance, operations or client services.
  • Ability to work European shift hours of 16 pm 1 am PHST. Hybrid shift
  • Strong rapport building skills and strong written/verbal English skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft tools such as word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Comfortable communicating via social media.
  • Passion for people, success and positive work environments.
  • Experience as a technical recruiter in a staffing agency a plus.
  • Experience with college or university recruitment a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter software a plus.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence a plus.
  • Experience supporting Background Investigation processes a plus.
