Working within a fast-growing business, you will be working closely with the Finance Manager and operations in playing a key role in enhancing the companies financial control procedures. Your role will include:
GL journal postings
Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts and validate the posting of the relevant fees
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between FX/banking platforms and financial accounts platform
Work with Treasury Operations, ensuring that back-office transactions are posted accurately
Month end book closing
Processing Invoices and recording expenses
Initiating bank payments
Prepare monthly Reports
Ad hoc and project work as necessary
Requirements
Skills
Experience as a standalone bookkeeper
Experience with cross functional reconciliations within a banking or payments environment e.g. Finance and Operations
Experience using Xero accounting system desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Ability to work in a fast paced and international environment with a keen attention to detail
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google sheets
