Job Description

Our client is looking for a full-time Marketplace seller support to join their team.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Onboard sellers to the Marketplace Platform by bulk spreadsheets and by using 3rd Party Connectors.
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 (Technical and Commercial) Seller Support.
  • Build out and lead a small team of Marketplace Operations specialists.

Requirements

  • Experience using the Mirakl Marketplace Platform.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a technical onboarding or operational support role in an online environment.
  • Ability to take initiative by deep diving into complex technical problems and proactively solve.
  • When blocked, you’re able to effectively problem solve by finding the answers you need.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and well organised.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of HTML, FTP. HTTPS.
