Our client is looking for a full-time Marketplace seller support to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Onboard sellers to the Marketplace Platform by bulk spreadsheets and by using 3rd Party Connectors.
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 (Technical and Commercial) Seller Support.
- Build out and lead a small team of Marketplace Operations specialists.
Requirements
- Experience using the Mirakl Marketplace Platform.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a technical onboarding or operational support role in an online environment.
- Ability to take initiative by deep diving into complex technical problems and proactively solve.
- When blocked, you’re able to effectively problem solve by finding the answers you need.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and well organised.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of HTML, FTP. HTTPS.
