The Regional Social Media Executive is responsible for the success of the company’s social marketing program. They will be part of the regional team who work with our brands and brand managers to strategise, plan, coordinate, execute and measure campaigns that drive the consumer engagement and return on investment. While initially an individual contributor we are looking for an individual who can over time build and manage a team.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Can demonstrate both strategic and operational ability to use social media for brand awareness and on/offline conversion. Must be able to both direct the strategy and run campaigns as part of a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Monitor useful benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google and other social media best practices. Identify and drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Google/WeChat and Line experience an advantage.
- Advise and consult with brands on segmentation, contact and copy to minimise CAC amp; maximise ROAS.
- A good understanding of social media KPIs. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI.) Use this data to suggest the changes/focus for the campaigns
- Develop organisational elements to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Set up Instagram and Facebook shopping and reporting of revenue.
- Implement ongoing education to understand and share industry trends and changes and their impact on social marketing
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- At least one (1) year working in an Agency, Brand or Vendor planning and executing social marketing campaigns
- Experience in beauty, retail or luxury goods preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to plan, execute, measure and respond
- Familiarity with social listening, preferably Salesforce Social Studio.
- Knowledge of test and learn practices a plus (such as A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing)
