As a People Partner, you are responsible for various people aspects, ranging from talent acquisition, office management, and employee engagement. You're responsible for finding the right people who will contribute to a culture and environment that StoreHub greatly values, while making sure those values are carried on in the office setting as we rapidly grow and scale. What you will do:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for all recruitment activities in the Philippines office.
  • Maintain meaningful work relationships with leaders in the company to have a firm grasp of business strategies in order to address current and long-term talent needs.
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to ensure a streamlined understanding of expectations around the hiring job scope, ideal candidate profiles, and assessment processes.

2. Workplace Office Management

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees in the Philippines office to ensure hires start off and end well with the company.
  • Act as the first-level liaison on any office communications and escalate urgent matters to the right personnel.
  • Ensure the smooth-running of office operations by maintaining the office supplies inventory and billing matters, overseeing cleanliness and tidiness in the office, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to solve office-related issues.
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of company assets, safe distribution of assets, and ensuring that they are always returned to their operational mode

3. People growth and development

  • Collaborate with our HR Consulting Partner to ensure compliance with company policies, HR data integrity, adherence to government regulations, and employee performance or disciplinary matters.
  • Identify local training needs or areas for growth, and work with the People Team to create solutions.
  • Partner with the People Manager in designing, developing, and implementing People-related processes, policies, and experiences.

Requirements

You would be great for this role if you have:

  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner with a special focus on recruitment, employee relations, and office management.
  • Personal interest in and commitment to relationship-building with leaders and employees at large to foster employee wellbeing while upholding company values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of Tagalog and English.
  • Discerning judgment and sound decision-making skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player with the regional counterparts.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
