We have experienced an exciting period of growth and to continue this trajectory, we are searching for a highly skilled client success executive to join our team. We are looking for someone who will fuel our growth, build and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The ability to multitask, react quickly to change and learn fast is essential to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
- Manage a large volume of emails and chats with knowledge and efficiency
- Provide expert answers to questions about services, pricing, and processes to customers
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
- Proactively pursue new sales leads when opportunities arise
- Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate any issues clients might be experiencing
- Help us advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experience would make up for lack of qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team
- Positive attitude and willing to continuously develop and learn
