Our client is an Australian based Digital company that is seeking to take on a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist in their growing business.
They are a team of SEO and Google Ad specialists delivering customised marketing solutions and campaigns.
You won't be required to complete the technical tasks but will be in charge of ensuring that the Australian based team gets their tasks done on time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of Digital with tasks in a timely, organised and professional manner
- Sending weekly and monthly reports
- Logging and monitoring the completion of technical bugs
- Onboarding new clients
- Creating and managing offsite article productions
- Tracking and monitoring campaigns
- Setting up and coordinating monthly team meetings
- Competitor analysis
- Competitor keyword and website research
- Keeping clients advised regarding their budgets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Must have experience with project management tools. Experience with Airtable and Asana will help you stand out from the crowd
- Must have experience with Google Workspace. particularly with Google Sheets
- Experience with SEO and Google Ad tools is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Attention to detail
