The Role: Marketing Operations Analyst
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in Truora's growth. Your days will be focused on lead management strategy, execution and operations. You will be involved in scalability and efficiency decisions for marketing operations. If you are someone who is passionate about data, metrics and strategy, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Manage key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and convert leads (marketing automation, CRM, SEO, SEM).- Structure and measure scalable strategies that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management.- Proactively explore data to find trends, uncover KPIs and apply appropriate hypothesis testing.- Evaluate new tools and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance- Collaborate with content marketing and growth teammates to identify areas for growth
What You’ll Need- Advanced English and spanish level. PLUS: Portuguese. - 2 - 3 in SEO and SEM tools in Marketplaces,Ecommerce, Fintechs and Startups focused in B2B in Mexico or Colombia.- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads. - Good internal and external communication skills- Experience making analysis of results of data and a ability making quantitative analysis.- Experience with CRMs and marketing automation- Experience in a Growth team
